Mindfulness Breath by Breath

OHSU ~ Oregon Health & Science University

Mindfulness Breath by Breath is an ongoing drop-in class that provides a solid introduction to simple and effective stress reduction methods including various breath and mindfulness practices. Classes include adaptive movement, relaxation and mindfulness instruction and practice, and group discussions. Due to generous departmental and donor support, classes are being offered free of charge for OHSU patients and staff.
