  • Mindful Yoga for Chronic Pain Program: Drop In Series

    Participate in a mindful yoga program that has been shown in clinical trials to reduce pain levels.

    This course combines gentle yoga, mindfulness training, and education about how mindful yoga can impact the experience of chronic pain.

    • Overview: Mindful Yoga Skillfully Coping with Chronic Pain (Jan 16 or Feb 20)
    • Mindful Yoga and Stress (Jan 23 or Feb 27)
    • Mindful Yoga and the Mind’s Story (Jan 30 or Mar 6)
    • Mindful Yoga and Sensations and Pain  (Feb 6 or Mar 13)
    • Mindful Yoga and Emotional Distress (Feb 13 or Mar 20)
